Utilising her extensive home garden on the East end of Kangaroo Island, seasonal produce is transformed into authentic breakfast and savoury spreads that while traditional in recipe, bring a new awareness to left-field fruits and vegetables.
The humble choco is a highlight, transformed into an amazing jam. The fruits texture gives the jam a unique quality. Also called a Chayote, the root, stem and leaves are often used in Asian salads and stir fries.
